Thank you once again to all the parents and learners who have helped us to collate Enrichment hours for Graduation. This has now all been added to the Graduation data and we are in the process of finalising the number of learners who will graduate at each level in each house.
In the next newsletter we are hoping to share with you the order of the day, as I know you will be keen to know what time your child will be graduating. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you once again for all your support with Graduation, we cannot do this by ourselves and your continued support is appreciated.
The Graduation focus for this edition of the newsletter is Guest Speakers. We would like to share with you some exciting news regarding some special guests who we have invited to speak and hand out certificates at our ceremony on Monday 9th July. We are honoured to be able to tell you that the Mayor and Mayoress of Halton, Councillor John Bradshaw and Councillor Mrs Majorie Bradshaw have kindly accepted our invitation; we look forward to sharing with them the achievements of our learners at The Grange School. Also during the day we will be welcoming Mr Alfie Neild who is a STEM ambassador and has attended many of our special occasions in the past. Mr Neild has a great affiliation with The Grange School and is delighted to accept our invitation once again. In addition, Ms Leann Bellfield, who is a school Governor and the Head of Cronton Sixth Form College and Ms Mary Murphy who is a Principal at Riverside College will also be in attendance. We are also looking forward to welcoming further guests who we will be able to confirm in the near future. We would like to thank our guests in advance for their support and we look forward to sharing this special day with them.
We hope that you have found the Graduation information informative and useful. We ask that you continue to feedback any comments you have as we are always open to new suggestions and ways that we can help each other to improve communication between the staff, learners and parents.
Thank you for taking the time to read this and we look forward to writing to you in the next edition of the Newsletter.
